Love as the scriptures defines it, is true power, this can be evidenced by the changes this force has on water. We create this force through our thoughts; having a mind set on genuine good-will towards all men & women, will take you very far.
Words are powerful, how much more the thoughts that create them? Just being aware of this was enough to strengthen my faith.

Our bodies is roughly 80% water, so literally the thoughts and words you speak change your body to become that, building your health if positive and destroying it if negative.
