It just means, on a superficial level, that man can regurgitate what you have read & memorized.
Neither does knowing the scriptures inside and out, does not make one a prophet. The wicked scribes and pharisees of old were capable of the same yet were wicked in their thoughts and acted on the same.

Even the devil knowns Bible scripture, yet he perverts it to further his agenda of evil. And, how much so those spirits (and thus men) under his command.

These “1West” Camps “, starting with GMS Great Millstone, are filled with wicked men and “agents” working for the nation of Edom. They are not the men of the Lord. The righteous men in those camps (and there are a few) will eventually recognize this and leave.

If wicked Israelites like these men were granted spiritual powers (which they will not), the Israelites along with the heathen nations, would be in an even worse slavery and captivity than we already are in now under the Edomites. The video below is an example of the fruits of wicked men; their wickedness cannot be hid, time will reveal all things.
My understanding is that happened pre-flood, when, although we had fallen from our divine state, the stature of our physical bodies was still so great that we could still wielded tremendous powers & abilities (far and above the heathen) despite our souls & minds being corrupted by wickedness. Today that corruption has overtaken us physically to the point that, we are nearly as weak at the heathen, especially those of us who have heathen ancestry on their mother’s side.
