Dr. Sebi is brilliant when it comes to the modern day diet but most of his talks and interviews have been scrubbed from Youtube. I’ve attached his list of beneficials foods and, in my experience, a more powerful version of this diet is to eat (or juice) raw, *ripe*, uncooked fruit only (preferrably organic). However, I only would do this as a short-term cleanse (no more than a couple weeks).
I would not reccomend going totally vegetarian for someone who hasn’t grown up that way. I highly reccomend continuing to consume beans (you need high soluble fiber foods to clean your liver/bile).
Since, the cleanses I’ve received greater vitality and energy that continues to improve with time. My entire body works better but not without its periods of detox, which can be very uncomfortable at times.

As with all his electric foods, Dr. Sebi held the belief that people should eat non-GMO foods. This includes fruits and vegetables that have been made seedless, or altered to contain more vitamins and minerals than they do naturally. The Dr. Sebi list of vegetables is rather large and diverse, with plenty of options to create different dynamic meals. This list includes:
