The river is drying up to make way for the land army of the King of the East, which includes China (Moab). This prophecy will fully manifest after the great multitude of the Elect has been brought into the New Covenant.
- Revelation 16:12 | And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.
