A Time for Temple Cleansing | John 2:21

Tags

Each month that passes it becomes more and more clear that we need to start cleansing our bodies, our living temple to the Most High Yahawah.

Peter 2:5 | Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

John 2:19 | Yahawashi answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
John 2:20 | Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?
John 2:21 | But he spake of the temple of his body.

On a physical level, one of the most effective ways to do this is through dietary changes. Over the past seven years I have tried, failed, pushed myself and succeeded to a point where I eat mostly raw fruits and vegetables. It has is boosted my level of “spirituality” tremendously, although it has not always been easy.

You can start cleaning your physical temple by going on an organic/fresh pressed fruit juice fast, dry fast and subsequently a raw fruits & vegetables diet (avoid starchy veggies like corn and potatoes). When starting out, avoid doing dry fasts without first doing a juice fast to move the worst of the waste out of your gut. Ask questions, do your research on the men below but whatever you choose, it’s a good idea to stop eating meat and especially refined sugar, milk/butter & wheat. Our original diet was fruits, then Yahawah extended it to include herbs (vegetables) and subsequently meat.

You will experience detox symptoms which *are rough going* but eventually your ability to think spiritually will increase dramatically. I still am not on the other side of my detox but focusing on my appreciation of the Most High, in the name of our Messiah, as my reason for doing it–this lightens the load.

Proverbs 17:22 | A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.

It has been difficult to stick to the dietary changes/fasting schedule for many reasons, but in my experience, I accomplished it step-by-step and it became easier over time to stick to. Doing so continues to be worth it. The hardest part will be the detoxification process when all the gunk/toxins in the body get stirred back up for elimination. Had I known then what I do now, I could have accomplished it much faster be utilizing an extended series of alternating dry/juice fasts in the beginning. Here are a handful of great thinkers on our dietary needs/health.

He lived a long time ago but wrote several great books, I highly recommend reading the Mucusless Diet Healing System at the link below, it’s the clearest and simplest writing on health I’ve ever read. After that read another book he wrote called Rational Fasting.

Here is a good, testimony about transitioning to a raw food diet. Look closely at the pictures she posts vs her now.
